  • Core/Coil Assembly
  • Formation of winding connections.
  • Testing first Ratio, Resistance Etc
  • Drying out the Assembled core and windings
  • Pre Tanking (All routine Tests)
  • Pre tanking Inspection
  • Tanking

  • Final Testing
  • Dispatch


TESTING OF INSTRUMENT TRANSFORMERS:


  • G.S.Electricals is equipped with 2 Instrument Transformer Testing Kit. (ELTEL)
  • Each G S E Brand Transformer will undergo all required tests after the manufacturing process.
  • Testing of each G S E Transformer is done by Testing kits under the experienced Engineers.
  • Our testing kits are calibrated every year from the Govt. approved centers.
  • Each G S E Transformer will be tested from initial job stage to final tank state.
  • The product required by the customers will be dispatched after passing all the tests.
